The Career Readiness Certificate Consortium (CRCC) has named Transition Youth International / Career Success Management Group (CSMG) as New Jersey's official state contact. CRCC is a organization that aids states in developing and instituting a new, portable credential called the Career Readiness Certificate (CRC), an assessment-based tool that gives both employers and career seekers a uniform measure of key workplace skills.
